Meditation coach Monica Marzinotto and visual artists
Elena Cecchinato and Marta Angelozzi invite you to MeditARTe

MeditARTe is an experiential workshop that combines meditation and drawing practice as instruments of awareness, presence, and creative inquiry.

Through guided exercises, participants are accompanied on a journey that activates the senses, calms the mind, and opens a space of deep listening, where the creative gesture can emerge authentically and free from expectations.

The workshop unfolds as a continuous flow between meditation and action: from awareness of breath and body, to the exploration of materials, to the creation of marks and forms that arise from observation, intuition, and the present moment.

During the session, we will work on:

awareness exercises through the five senses

exploration of the qualities of the mark (line, rhythm, movement, density)

meditative drawing practices (continuous line, repetition, imaginary alphabet)

the relationship between stillness and movement, silence and sound, emptiness and fullness

walking meditation to integrate body, breath, energy, and the creative gesture

Here, drawing is understood not as an aesthetic result, but as a practice of presence: a space where error becomes discovery, imperfection becomes language, and the process becomes more important than the final outcome.

MeditARTe invites participants to let go of control and ego narratives, entering a state of open attention where every mark is a trace of the present moment.

The workshop concludes with a moment of sharing and reflection on the experience, to integrate creative insights and personal awareness.

Testimonials

“Monica combines warmth and grounded presence with remarkable skill. She creates a safe, transformative space where breakthroughs happen naturally. Working with her is both comforting and life-changing.”

— Sandra P., Paris

“A source of inspiration for developing new forms of deep knowledge of one's being at the level of soul, mind, and body. Monica's passion and determination, conveyed with delicacy, stimulate curiosity and the desire to make space for something new… an experience, a thought, or even simply a breath.”

— Silvia M., Milan

“Monica Marzinotto has a rare gift -she guides with both strength and gentleness, knowledge and curiosity- she is grounding yet uplifting. Through her teachings, she offers portals to a peaceful and creative no-space, which I like to imagine as a blank page ready to be written or drawn upon or perhaps just been erased. Through her teachings, meditation evolves into an art -a balance of stillness and creativity, structure and freedom, singular and universal.”

— Elena C., London

“I have always wanted to get closer to the world of meditation, but I was afraid of encountering a practice that conflicted with my Christian values. During the pandemic, a friend of mine introduced me to Monica, and since then, a wonderful journey into the inner world, into my true self, began. The daily practice of meditation is essential for me to be 'centered,' aware, serene, compassionate with others, and to face the present in the best way possible. It is an evolving journey where I discover parts of myself I had never approached before. Sometimes painful aspects emerge that need to be embraced and healed; other times, there are dimensions, qualities, and talents I didn’t know I had.”

— Marisa C., Rome

MA Meditation & Neuroscience

Together, we can explore ancient Yogic and Ayurvedic practices—rooted in timeless wisdom and supported by modern neuroscience. These traditions have been guiding lights on my own path, offering some of the most transformative tools I’ve ever embraced. It’s never too late to choose what feels true to you, and I would be honoured to walk beside you on that journey.

Time to Meditate

“Your Moment of Peace”

What makes talent bloom? Ask what makes a tree blossom. They are the same. It is not unfathomable. It only takes concentration. Concentration of energies is what makes a tree flower. Not bigger, not faster, not taking up more space. Rather, less space. Density. Pressure in hard places. Often, in the dark. Relentlessly. Freely. For as long as it takes. Hold faith, a gestation can go long and for good reason, and nothing much shows above ground. But then, one day...
