Wellbeing Matters, at Any Age
A long time ago, as a student at the Music Conservatory, I experienced firsthand the impact of stress management on my performance. The same was true during the exam seasons at university while studying Banking and Finance. In my first job in Asset Management, I noticed how challenging circumstances affected wellbeing, and how stress responses varied among different people. From that point forward, I dedicated myself to understanding stress management and performance-enhancing mechanisms. Along the way, one of the most transformative tools for me has been embracing yogic meditation practices.
With a master's degree in Neuroscience and Meditation, and certifications as a Chopra Ayurvedic Health, Primordial Sound Meditation, and Yoga RYT-200 teacher, I am deeply committed to Sustainability Leadership as a driver for collective positive change. My passion lies in promoting mindfulness and yogic lifestyle practices as powerful tools for expanding emotional and cognitive capacity, ultimately leading to a richer life experience on a personal, organizational, and societal level.
In 2020, I founded “The Journey Meditation Practice” with the goal of sharing yogic and Ayurvedic practices for community impact. Key initiatives of my mission include organizing free workshops, charity fundraising events on mindfulness and meditation, and guiding others through group sessions and individual coaching, both online and in person.
If wellbeing matters to you as well, I invite you to connect and explore how meditation practices and health-enhancing routines can benefit you. Together, we can improve both personal and collective wellbeing.

Meditation leads us to the silence within—a sacred space filled with peaceful presence that is always available to us. Take a moment to rest in nature, in inner awareness, and in your truest being. In that experience, you may feel yourself dissolve into the magic of the present moment. Why not embrace it?
-
Three key aspects are essential in building a sustainable personal meditation practice:
Learning from a teacher connected to a tradition,
Meditating within a group of practitioners,
Absorbing the wisdom of those who walked this path before us by studying ancient texts.
How does this resonate with you?
-
Meditation is a transformative tool that brings a positive impact to our daily lives. With ongoing practice, it enhances our sensory perceptions and deepens our connection with reality, making the ordinary feel extraordinary.
What do you think meditation could do for you?
-
Meditation is a core component of any mindful lifestyle. Experiences lived with full consciousness promote health and balance in our mind-body system. When we live in pure potential, the field of all possibilities opens up to us in the form of feelings, thoughts, insights, and creativity.
Where does your current lifestyle lead you to joy, purpose, and fulfillment?
